In connection to the Nordic Huntington Disease Research Meeting taking place in Lund, Sweden, on November 26 2019, we collect and process personal data in order to fulfill our task as the organizing body. The information we collect and process is the following: Name, title, affiliation, e-mail address and food preference, if necessary. The food preference is merely to ensure serving safe meals for the participants and this piece of information is only communicated to the meal supplier, with no reference to the recipient’s name.

Photos taken by the organizers during the event might be published on the webpages Huntingtoncentrum.se and Huntington-research.lu.se.

The legal basis for processing personal data is "Information of public interest". Personal data consisting of name, affiliation and e-mail address will be distributed to all meeting participants, and this information, apart from e-mail address, will also be stored in Lund University’s financial records for invoice verification purposes.
